Responsibilities:
1. Based on the company's development strategy, formulate, establish, and improve supply chain strategic planning, establish and operate a supply chain system;
2. Responsible for the operation and management of the company's supply chain, establishing a development, maintenance, tracking, and evaluation system for suppliers and logistics service providers;
3. Responsible for establishing a supplier archive, optimizing supplier combinations, developing new suppliers, establishing stable procurement channels, finding sufficient sources of goods, keeping track of inventory status at all times, ensuring timely material supply, and avoiding shortages;
4. Based on the characteristics of the company and market, develop and search for new product information, analyze products, and evaluate supplier information;
5. By using and analyzing new products, extracting selling points and defects, and controlling the quality risks of new products.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics, supply chain management, business administration and other related majors, with e-commerce Internet thinking is preferred;
2. Familiar with key links in the supply chain, such as supplier management, procurement management, warehousing management, and logistics management, with practical experience and deep understanding, and familiar with relevant quality evaluation systems;
3. Possess excellent analytical, communication, coordination, negotiation skills, and keen market insight, familiar with and familiar with market trends, highly sensitive to data, and strong sensitivity to new products;
4. Possess stable maternal and infant categories
Priority given to OEM and ODM resources, with the ability to develop suppliers, manage and evaluate suppliers;
