3, with the PP material product easy to produce the flying edge and shrink.

4, with PA material of the product material flowers, yellow.
        Guide:Material drying time to long (4 hours) and production do not arbitrarily shut down, cut off the water supply to the barrel material shot; Ju Wen can not be high (Ju Wen Gao Yi plastic flow), barrel temperature is high, not completely dry, easy to produce "water" phenomenon and yellow.

5, with PVC material attention.
       Guide:The surface is not smooth, there are miscellaneous grain, can be used to bake at 55~60 for 2 hours, down (including temporary). The best use of PP material cleaning barrel, avoid PVC decomposition carbon inside the barrel, dark spots. The machine screw is best to use a special screw.

6, PC material debugging.
        Guide:In principle, the pressure is small, the speed is quick, try not to keep the pressure.

7, ABS extraction aggregate white mist, silver, spray.
        GuideLow temperature melt barrel, slow speed, drying time should be long (preferably with a 2 material drying machine drying).

8, POM material debugging.
  Guide:When the surface of the product is smooth, the temperature of the mold is 55~70. Raw materials for 60 degrees Celsius temperature drying. Production can not stop at random, easy yellowing.
